This restaurant is definitely something you want to try -if your wallet allows it. In the hearth of vibrant BKK1, Malis has a pleasant courtyard where their -more or less- fusion food is served. The environment is not exactly a quite and romantic one, but it is certainly a pleasant space.
Overall the food is good. We would not say that the added value of this restaurant is its fusion, innovative approach to Cambodian food. Its quality is instead found when you order meat. Excellent meat cooking and marinating. Soups are good too. The rest is fine, but could be improved to match the menu price. We had wine only once in this restaurant, it was fair; just fair.
This restaurant is open for fancy breakfasts, this is something we like of a place!
